What are your office hours?

Office hours are Monday-Friday from 10am-4pm in Suitland, MD.
Mobile services are subject to an additional $5 travel fee.

What is your fee for Notary services?

The fee for Notary services is $4 per original and $1 for each additional copy with raised seal.
Mobile service includes a $5 travel fee.

What are your terms for Notary services?

Documents may not be printed, photocopied or otherwise furnished by notary. Notary is also not at liberty to confirm or assess the validity of a particular document.

Document(s) must be completed (aside from signatures and acknowledgements, etc.) in its entirety prior to agreed upon appointment time.

All signers (including but not limited to principals, agents and witnesses) must provide official photo identification (driver’s license, state issued ID card or passport), and must physically appear to perform any applicable oaths as well as sign and date the document in the presence of the notary.

Documents that have been altered in any way will not be utilized as the notary is liable for fraud up to and including revocation of their notary commission. The Notary may decline to perform services at any time and at their discretion. Deposit and travel fees are non-refundable once the agreed upon appointment time has lapsed.

Scheduled services are subject to a 15 minute grace period before the appointment must be rescheduled. The deposit may be applied to a future appointment. However, a separate travel fee will be assessed for each individual appointment that is attended.
